- Notice: email or E-shop form with order number, full name, contact details
- Return of goods: within 14 days of notice, with tracking
- Return cost: €3 Greece · €30 Cyprus/EU (deducted from refund)
- Refund: same payment method, after receipt of goods
- Diminished value: consumer liable for handling beyond necessary inspection
- Exclusions: made-to-order, sealed hygiene goods, fully performed services
B. Commercial Exchange Policy (GTC §12)
- RMA process mandatory for every exchange/return
- 1st exchange within Greece: free shipping
- 2nd exchange within Greece: €3 return + €3 re-delivery
- Cyprus/EU: €30 per exchange
- Physical store: 14 working days (excl. Saturday), with receipt
- Condition: unworn, all tags, original packaging, dust bag intact
