Through our Mayessa Care & Repair service, you can care for your favorite Mayessa shoes so they keep their beauty and comfort over time.
From minor signs of wear to the marks of everyday use, your shoes are treated with precision and expertise, so you can keep wearing and enjoying them for years to come.
Fill out the online form or visit our concept store to submit your request. You'll need to tell us how many pairs you'd like us to care for and send us a few photos and/or videos that clearly show the wear.
Before the process begins, we'll send you a first cost estimate. Once you accept it, your shoes will be passed on to the specialist Mayessa Care & Repair team for a detailed assessment.
Our partners will carefully examine your shoes and get in touch either to confirm the initial estimate or to let you know of any change in the final cost. Once you accept the final quote, you can go ahead with payment.
We assess each pair's needs individually and choose the most suitable solutions to restore its appearance and function in the best possible way.
Once the repair is complete, we'll let you know so you can either pick up your shoes from our concept store or have them delivered to the address you've given us.
