RENTAL POLICY

The Rental service concerns temporary use without transfer of title. The contract is formed only after express acceptance and successful payment/preauthorisation. The rental period, fee, additional charges, shipping/return costs, cleaning costs and late fees are fully disclosed before checkout.

The customer must use the product with due care, may not transfer it to third parties and must return it on time. Late return, damage beyond ordinary use, loss or theft triggers late fees or replacement cost, with activation of the deposit/preauthorisation.
