Once you've worn and enjoyed them, returning them is easy. But if they steal your heart and you can't bear to part with them, you can contact our team to buy them and make them yours for good. The amount you've already paid for the rental will be deducted from the final purchase price.

We always make sure the shoes you receive are in excellent condition, and we'd ask you to return them with the same care and attention. Normal wear from careful use is completely expected. However, if the shoes are lost, seriously damaged, or stolen during the rental period, you'll need to pay the amount to purchase them.
